One-to-one sessions.
Sessions are offered via telephone or video conferencing (FaceTime, Zoom, WhatsApp) depending on your preference. I provide a supportive and compassionate environment that fosters trust, understanding, and open conversation.
These sessions are designed not only to address psychological well-being when challenges arise, but also to explore the specific pressures of working in the music industry. You’ll have the opportunity to discuss life’s stresses, anxiety, self-esteem, and general mental health concerns, as well as the emotional side of your creative work — including lyrics, themes, and personal expression.
The aim is to support your journey toward mental wellness while equipping you with practical tools, resilience skills, and strategies to navigate the unique challenges of a music career and foster a healthier industry mindset

An initial session is free and for 20 minutes to allow you to see if my services suit your needs.
Following this, A competitive rate of £25 for One-hour sessions.​

WhatsApp Support
I offer a private, supportive WhatsApp messaging space designed specifically for those who need someone to talk to but may not feel comfortable speaking or have the immediate time to talk during a busy day Whether you’re navigating burnout, self-doubt, or industry-related stress, this is a safe and confidential way to check in, reflect, and be heard.

Text-based support (Mon–Fri) with responses within a couple of hours

Emotional check-ins, grounding strategies, and gentle guidance

Option to continue with low-cost monthly support or 1:1 sessions
