One to one sessions.
Sessions are offered via telephone or video conferencing (i.e face-time/zoom/WhatsApp video call) depending on your preference, I offer a supportive and compassionate environment, fostering trust and understanding. If you are struggling with psychological well-being, it's important to seek help. I offer the opportunity to talk through issues that you are facing such as life's stresses, anxiety, self-esteem issues, and general mental well-being concerns, With the aim to support and assist you in your journey towards mental wellness.

An initial session is free and for 45 minutes to allow you to see if my services suit your needs.
Following this, A competitive rate of £25 for One-hour sessions.​

I offer a private, supportive WhatsApp messaging space designed specifically for those who need someone to talk to but may not feel comfortable speaking or have the immediate time to talk during a busy day Whether you’re navigating burnout, self-doubt, or industry-related stress, this is a safe and confidential way to check in, reflect, and be heard.
